Our Program

Our program is educational and lifestyle-based in nature. It is not intended to diagnose, teat, or replace medical care. We are not acting as your medical doctor, nor do we replace your existing healthcare provider. Any changes in prescriptions or medical treatments should always be discussed with and managed by your prescribing physician.

Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in the Hormone Health Advantage program requires full payment at the time of registration.

Clients choosing to pay in full receive a discounted rate as a benefit of their upfront commitment.

For those who prefer financing, we offer options through approved their-party providers.

Commitment & Guarantee

Dr. Effertz's Results Require Action Personal Guarantee is rooted in the understanding that transformation happens when clients are committed, engaged, and follow the program as designed.

Refund Policy

We believe strongly in the value and integrity of our program.

Therefore, all sales are considered final.

In rare cases, exceptions may be made—but these are solely tat the discretion of the company and considered on a case-by=case basis.

Dispute Policy

Should the Client initiate a chargeback of any portion of the payments made to the Company, the Client's participation in the Program will be immediately terminated.

Following this termination, the Company will cease to provide any further services or fulfill any remaining obligations to the Client.

Furthermore, the Client shall be liable to the Company for the full amount of the funds involved in the chargeback, in addition to compensatory damages totaling $25,000.
